ABOUT THE ART
Henna has been used for centuries, originating from south east Asia and has found its place in religions all around. Highly popular in India, Middle East, and African Sub-continents. It is typically applied in cultural celebrations such as weddings, religious holidays, or now days just for fun because why not!
Henna paste is made using the sifted powder of leaves from Lawsonia inermis tree. Common ingredients contains: Henna powder, water and essential oils to create a creamy paste. This paste is applied to the skin, left on for a few hours to witness a rich, dark red stain on the skin which lasts for few days to a week.
